Add Launcher to Panel With Gnome Fallback/Flashback

If you have gnome-session-fallback or gnome-session-flashback installed in Ubuntu, adding launchers to the panel is a bit tricky. The secret key combination is:
Win + Alt + Right Click
From there, you can add all the launchers you want.
