This was a tool MS supplied to me to help diagnose a problem. It's a relatively simple tool used to edit things like startup programs and so fourth. It's useful if you want to know what's being started up and is running on your windows machine.

A nice little utility to edit many system options. This came directly from MS support for a problem I was having.
